Yummy Yums

Yesterday evening, our friends, Lauren and Ralph, brought over dinner deliciousness!  Lauren made chicken enchiladas, a summer squash, quinoa side dish (the best quinoa dish I've ever had....okay, I haven't had that may quinoa dishes, but this is the best so far! And, if you want to challenge this statement, please feel free to make your  favorite for me so I judge fairly) , and some amazing raspberry dessert bars.  Mmmmmmmmmm.  It was all sooooo good, and, to top it off, it was all gluten free

Maybe if we're lucky, Lauren will share her recipes on her new blog, Where's My Bread? (hint, hint).  I'm certain she's going to post some incredibly scrumptious eats.


  1. After reading the Paleo Diet and the Primal Blueprint, Teresa and I gave up gluten and haven't missed it. I don't think it affects me in the way it does other people, but I feel better eating just meats, veggies and fruits.

    Also, there is a gluten free bakery in Danville. Teresa did some work on their space. Pretty good stuff.
